What could be improved
I must tell anyone who rings this hospital without a name or ward number. The telephone system is awful. Three times I rang and was passed to the wrong place. I asked for CCU, my wife and cardiology in that order. Remember that is three separate calls! Grrrrrrr. So frustrating when you are worried about someone.....
