"Excellent care from dedicated staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Our son came to the trauma ward after a month of amazing care in critical care ward C after a serious road accident. As parents we also received compassionate and caring support from the staff who all seem to go the extra mile.

In the trauma ward staff have gone out of their way to befriend our son, to give him confidence and encouragement to overcome his injuries and help him to recover. They are a dedicated and professional team who treat patients with respect and dignity and we cannot speak too highly of them. They have also looked after us well on our daily visits.
