What could be improved

I gave a birth of my son in January this year and my experience at this hospital was horrible. I was booked for c-cut as my baby was big, but every doctor was more confused about everything in relation to it and they do not care about the patients at all. Finally I was left with no final decision what to do and the labour took 50 hours in horrible pain (epidural does not work with me, hovewer they gave me around 25 top-ups and did not want to agree for the c-cut) until had to be done by forcebs what caused sickness to my baby and he had to spend more than one week in the intensive care unit because of that. Be aware !
