What I liked

I damaged a tendon in my finger today and visited my local minor injury unit. The staff there were very friendly and courteous and extremely confident in their assessment. I was seen, xrayed and treated within 50 mins - that is just exceptional service. The xray person was very pleasant and had a ready smile. Such and all round excellent experience other than damaging my finger of course!

What could be improved
