What could be improved

Went in for A&E with 5 year old child. took me 5 minutes drive to the hospital. then 10minutes in hospital ground finding somewhere to park the car while clamping vehicles in full swing. Think the hospital is an entertainment centre or something.

A&E must have layby for emergencies as in most hospitals!!

Anything else?

Whilst in middle of day and pretty quiet with no one in waiting room, still took 20minutes until triage finished their coffee.
