What I liked

I arrived 5 mins before my appointment. There were free refreshments available. My appointment started exactly on time unlike in other hospitals i have recently been to where they have been an hour or more behind! Consulant spent time listening to me and asking questions to assess the severity of the condition, examined me and then clearly explained the options available. Very happy with the fast efficent service offered and feel at ease returning in the future for my procedure
