About: Royal Hospital for Children and Young People (Edinburgh) / Paediatrics

(as a parent/guardian),

We were referred to paediatric outpatients by our GP. I was reassured that the wait wasn’t as long as I’d anticipated

The environment was great from the soft play to the decor which really helped put my daughter at ease on her first visit

The consultant (M Stark) was amazing. Very relaxed consultation engaging both me and my daughter and really listened to us. I felt completely confident in the assessment and next steps suggested and felt that she was completed focused on achieving the best possible outcome for our child and in fact us as a family

I felt listened to and cared for
