What I liked
My contact with the department when changing appointments or seeking further information has always been very positive and everyone has been polite and helpful. People don't just do their job, they do it with a smile.
With regard to the care i have received-my consultant has quite simply changed my life through his knowledge and expertise and my treatment has been really successful.
What could be improved
It would be helpful to have a detailed map of the hospital on the website so one could identify where a particular department is prior to the appointment.
