About: The Springhead Medical Centre

My husband and I have been registered with the practice for almost 30 years and have found the patient care and attention to patient needs extremely satisfactory from both Drs, nurses and reception/admin staff. I was supported well through two pregnancies and both my adult children continue to use the practice.

I have always been able to obtain an appointment both with Drs and nurses ā€“ yes I admit it is busier than is used to be and sometimes difficult to get through on the telephone however this has been addressed with the availability to book on line and in advance with your chosen Dr which I use also.

Lets hope Springhead is able to relocate with new state of the art facilities that we can all enjoy.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. As you have noticed we are very busy and getting busier all the time. We are very pleased that you that you are using our online services. Can we also make you aware of our new eConsult service which is accessible via our website www.springheadmedical.nhs.uk eConsult allows you to submit queries and check out your symptoms online. We are hoping it will take some pressure off our telephone lines. Thank you again for taking the time to leave feedback.
