"What a nice hospital again!"

About: Robert Jones & Agnes Hunt Orthopaedic Hospital

What I liked

This was my second visit, again for major surgery, and it was lovely to see the same faces again, to be recognised by most of them and to be addressed by name by some within 5 minutes of arriving. RJAH is like a family-run B&B that does excellent surgery! Staff with a moment to chat, the inimitable Dawn Griffiths, the good food (and I don't think I will ever try a "large portion" again - it was double of just about everything) the staff's dedication to some of the lowest infection rates in the country, and the RJAH has that rarest of things; friendly porters.

Thanks RJAH, you made me smile pretty much constantly.

What could be improved

The night shift nursing staff could have been a little bit more customer friendly, and two calls to the hospital about local accomodation have never been returned.

Anything else?

None
