What I liked
Attended for a colonoscopy this morning. Can I thank the endoscopy department staff for an (almost) a pleasant and certainly a very instructive experience. Could not have been better.
What could be improved
Parking is a bit pricey, but similar to the other hospitals in the trust.
Anything else?
Why no facility for this in Kidderminster.

Thank you for your positive comments following your recent admission to the endoscopy unit, these have been shared with the endoscopy team.
I am able to confirm that endoscopy services are provided on all 3 sites of the Acute Trust.
