What I liked

I visited as an outpatient and was very pleased with the standard of service and care I received from all staff. The consultant himself was a very nice gentleman and took time to tell me what was going on and what the hospital would be testing for. I had several blood tests done and a CT Scan.

I really liked the fact that all staff greated you with a smile!

What could be improved

The only thing I can say is that from my inital appointment to getting my results back was 7 weeks, but I understand that this was due to the fact some of the tests had to be done elsewhere and cultures needed to be grown.

Anything else?

After seeing the Channel 4 documentary involving this hospital I was slightly wary of attending. I shouldn't have been. The staff are doing a great job and I hope they continue to do so.
