"Excellent over 40 years"

I have been a patient for over 40 years at Chapel Street and can only say I have always had a positive experience.
Improving as time when on.
The doctors, nursing staff are great and the receptionist very helpful and professional.
When I first joined the surgery in the 1970's although the medical staff were extremely good the receptionist were absolutely awful.
They were so bad that after all these years I still remember them.
So much so that it is now an absolute pleasure to phone up or speak to any of the current receptionists.
If I have any criticism it would be that I would like to see the same doctor each time for consistency.
This is not always possible.

Thank you for your very positive feedback. We always try our best to provide a good service and it is good to know we are appreciated in these very challenging times. Your comment about seeing the same GP is noted and although we would like this to happen too, it is not always possible due to the high demand for appointments currently.
