What I liked
My husband came in for day surgery today. He has never had a general anaesthetic before and was extremely nervous about the proedure; We were treated with very good care and concern for his wellbeing and the nurse who took care of him was wonderful. Thank you!
What could be improved
We did have to wait a long time before my husband's operation took place, but i understand that this sometimes happens
Anything else?
Again, thank you for the care taken, and particularly to one of the nurses on kent ward. She is a star.
