What I liked

Without exception all the staff from the cleaners to the consultants were efficient, immensly kind and so very respectful. I was completely terrified and thought I would never be nravve enough to have necessary treatment so when I went in as an emergency i was very worried. I needn't have been. The service could not have been better. I have such a lot of respect for the nurses who even after being on shift for 12.5 hours are still courteous and attentive to patients who demand and whine non stop

What could be improved

Access to trolley service selling papers/snacks etc.
