What I liked

The service was professional and slick. The receptionist in the maxillo-facial dept was friendly and polite, the radiographer was very kind and informative and the doctor and nurse were very helpful and listened to me. I saw other patients come in and out and the level of service was excellent. The NHS is under immense pressure and is run on a shoestring yet you would never know this. The staff are its greatest asset. Thank you.
