What I liked
A visit to A & E and same referred back to GP who then has to write a letter to be seen by a specialist. The reason for A&E visit was to be treated or referred to relevant department not to run round having GP to do referal letter.
What could be improved
Deal with patients and stop passing back to GP's who then have to refer you to hosptial.
