What I liked

I was admitted to the Day Surgery Unit, under the care of the Consulant in March 2011 for an arthroscopy to my left knee.

I thank the whole team for the excellent care and the professional service I received. There was no waiting around, all my pre-op checks were carried out in a thorough but caring way and the care I received post-operatively was exemplary.

The unit looked spotlessly clean and at all times I felt as though I was an important individual and not just a “number”. Please pass on my comments to the surgeon and the team in the Day Surgery centre.

I very much hope that all the cuts we are hearing about will not affect the excellent health care you are providing.
