What I liked

The nurses were helpful and friendly and made me feel at ease even though I was nervous. The phlebotomists were very kind.

What could be improved

I would have liked the Consultant to have listened to what I was saying.

The nurses were extremely friendly and helpful.

I was shocked and disappointed by the way I was treated by the Rheumatologist. I had hoped to discuss my symptoms with her but she was very disinterested and I felt that she was very distracted. I asked her for advice on managing my symptoms and she said I should look it up on the internet it buy a book. I felt that she was extremely patronising and she said several times that she had a lunch appointment and would have to leave soon. I was in the room with her for less than three minutes and had waited over 3 months for my appointment. She agreed with the diagnosis my GP had made and ushered me out quickly.

I came away feeling very upset and would certainly not recommend her to anyone. I was so disappointed that I considered making a complaint to the hospital.
