What I liked

I have always been treated with compassion and kindness. This has meant that I have felt supported and cared for by my doctor. What more could I have asked for.

What could be improved

waiting times in the pharmacy for the medicines have sometimes been a little bit too long but this is no big deal.

Anything else?

If patients want the option of being able to choose alternative medicines within the nhs then we must back the RLHIM campaign.
