(as a service user),

I've been treated very well by surgeon's, auxilliaries & nurses. They all saved my life since I had a ruptured spleen. Also physio's who have helped me with walking aids, crosshouse staff also found a brain aneurysm 2 years previous. I also have social work helping me & have carers also.

I have been treated very well, since am a drug user & there was no difference in the way I've been treated, if it wasn't for the staff in crosshouse I wouldn't be here today filling this out. So thank-you to all.

What a frightening and difficult time you have had over the last few years. Your story has highlighted the many disciplines involved in your care and how important it is that each one of us gets it right. I am glad you found the care to be good throughout various admissions.
