What I liked
My brother was advised to admit himself to the 'A&E' department by the nurses at his workplace due to a previous day car accident. At the time, he felt fine and thought nothing much of it, just feeling a slight pain on his neck and shoulders. However, to make sure he was okey, he went to Hillingdon Hospital A&E department.
There, he had to wait more than an hour to be seen, but it did seem very busy then usual so I understood the waiting time. Once he was turn had arrived, he was examined and straight away he was put in a neck rest (Not correct terminology) and looked after by the nurse and a particular doctor. They made sure to check if he was okey on regular occasions and advised well.
I could not have asked for any better care in the busy circumstances.
What could be improved
Nothing in particular, other than updating the hospital. It does look like it is going to collapse one day.
"Excellent in the circumstances."
