Competent staff.
What could be improved
I came in for a burn and asked if, while waiting, I could run cold water over it. The bathroom tap gave hot water only so I wasn't able to cool my burn. The staff including the triage nurse did not help me with this.
"Good treatment but no help in relieving..."
