"No service"

Since the changes this surgery has really gone down hill. There is now no appointment system everything is telephone consult and even then doctor diagnose over the phone rather than see you. This has happened to myself and my 16 year old daughter. Neither of us apparently needed to see doctor as prescriptions could be left at reception!! Awaiting a telephone consult for my 8 year old after trying for 4 days to get someone to answer phone and ended up going to surgery to speak to receptionist. Awful service by the doctors and poor reception staff taking the brunt of complaints
