On visiting my sister i found the standard of care was not good she has a stoma witch was leaking into her wound .the nursing staff are not cleaning her properly.last week she was given a food menu she chose food that gave her great pain .as she was on fluids only.Also she had a tumer removed too weeks ago .Still no results.How long does it take for you to get results.(If there Was a tumer )Also only one lift was working at the time i was there and the other was dirty and had broken glass in the wall pannels.The plaster on the wall by her bed is falling of not verry hygenic.Thank god i no longer live in watford .The standard of care and the hospital has gone down hill.

If you would like to write to our Complaints Department your issues will be fully investigated and you will receive a response from the Trust’s Chief Executive. Please accept the Trust's apologies for the recent problems with the lifts in the Main Block at Watford General. The Estates Team is working hard to rectify this.
