What I liked

On Saturday 4th December, 2010 I had a severe nose bleed. I went to the Royal Devon & Exeter Accident and Emergency Dept. I was exceptionally well treated by all concerned.

The doctor who treated me the nurse supporting him were absolutely excellent. His treatment was such that there has been no recurrence of the problem and, as he cauterised the inside of the offending nostril, I am able to breath better than I have since I was a young man. I am 76 Years of age.

Thanks to all concerned for your exceptionally clean and efficient accident and emergency Department.

What could be improved

Nothing. I have medical insurance and am sometimes treated privately. I could not have been treated better no matter what arrangements I was being seen under.

As a result of this I am thinking of cancelling my private medical insurance because, as I have said, no one could have done a better job.
