Hi there

Thank you for taking the time to comment. We provide both 1:1 and group work and usually people attend both types. Many people struggle with groups but equally so many people report back that attending groups has been the difference in their recovery as they are able to discuss issues with people who have had similar experiences. The service is there to provide options to you.
