What could be improved
I arrived at ACAD at the requested time, was admitted, seen by relevant people and operated on before 9AM. I was fit to leave at 11. All aspects of care - pre-op, anaesthetic team, recovery etc were outstanding. Very friendly, reassuring and caring team. As I recovered i was constantly offered water, tea, sandwiches etc and the staff were constantly checking I was ok. I didnt have to ask for anything and was even seen out to my car escort so he could avoid using the car-park. A very positive experience;thank you.
Could we have something like this at NPH?
