i visited the said dept for an appointment at 930 a.m. they where already 1hr behind and no time delay was displayed after waiting 30 mins the nurse came in and said we are 40 mins behind at 1035 a.m i was shouted and told to sit outside the office so i waited another 5mins before i was seen . the doctor asked what the problem was i told him i had golfers elbow and was there to discuss an operation as i already been checked over at rochdale and it was decide that a operation was required the doctor asked me four questions [never opened the file on me ] asked where it hurt pushed his thumb into said area and i told him that he was hurting me .he then said that it was more likely be a trapped nerve and that i had to go to north Manchester for more investigation i told him that if he looked in the file he would see that all checks had been done and it was determined that a operation was required .he would not listen to me at all and when i said that he had wasted my time and i didn't believe him he got high rated and said he was the expert and he had decide that is what we are doing . Waste of time and money [oh nhs save or hospitals stop wasting money then ] i then tried to get in touch with p.a.l.s to complain and the lady who phoned me back just kept saying get a second opinion more waste of money all this doctor had to do was read my file and see what had been done before i saw him then make a decision but oh no he can probably make more money by going over it all again waste of time oldham hospital try listening to the patient and other colleagues
