What could be improved

Hostpital staff is ok but the parking problems should be solved. I was entering the parking by my car and there was not any room for parking. I notice about 10 cars in similar sytuation. Why there is not any message so the car park is full. When is imposibble the parking officer should stay by entrance and informe about. I don't understand why I paid 1.50 for nothing.

This is robbery.
