Having read the reviews on here about the EPU I felt I had to write a review about my experiences which were the complete opposite. I had to visit the EPU a couple of times for scans and rang them a few times too. I have to say that the staff were fantastic, very professional and supportive. I gave them all hugs last time I saw them as they were so kind. The Sister I saw was such a lovely lady and really welcoming and helpful. I left feedback at the time to say how great they were.
I have also visited the Day Assessment Unit a couple of times and again the service was fantastic. Midwives are so friendly and welcoming and I felt really cared for.
My family have had a really bad experience at this hospital in a different department but the Maternity Unit and the nurses have changed my view massively and I feel so much more comfortable about the birth of my baby.
