I did not feel cared for or listened to at my appointment with a new Physiotherapist. It was my 3rd appointment this year after the first 2 were cancelled due to staff absence. From the way I was greeted, to the way I was spoken to throughout the appointment by the Physiotherapist, I was made to feel that my symptoms were not important and that I just needed to get on with it. I felt judged, that my concerns were minimised and my questions unanswered. A very poor representation of a department where I had previously had positive experiences. The staff member was disingenuous and demonstrated zero self awareness. I felt worse after the appointment than before.
"My concerns were minimised"
