"Very good treatment"

What I liked

Most of all the friendliness of staff. Did not feel rushed at all and plenty of time was given to me about aftercare. I was very nervous and the doctor di his best to put me at ease.

I was having a biopsy and had to park in St Johns car park near Morrisons. I know its up to the patient to get there but my Mum has just come out of St Cross in Rugby. They dont have visiting in the day there. The carpark is clear during the day, makes perfect sense to me that the people needing to go for treatment during the day can park. Also I would think that the infection rate must be halved due to this policy.

Another point on this is that I have visited people during the day at your hospital and felt very sorry for the staff who were providing personal care to patients but all the time had to be so aware there were members of the public sitting around.

Come on Northampton general this is the answer, cut the visiting down to just the evening and you solve your carpark problem and will help cut down on infection problem
