What I liked

Our 14yr old son was admitted with bad pneumonia to the Rainbow Ward and i cannot thank them enough.The care he received from the consultants and nurses was exceptional.When he was admitted he was very ill and we were very worried about him,the support we got from the staff was such a reassurance,everything was explained,any queries were answered.I stayed in in with him for the 4 nights he was in and found all the nurses to be kind and helpful.Thanks to the excellent prompt care he received he is now on the mend.Rainbow Ward and its staff are a credit to the NHS.
