What I liked
Have written seven pages of personal perceptions and observations regarding my in patient care and subsequent out patient appointments.
Some issues are beyond the control of the hospital but others are and need attention. Staff in the main were pleasant but often under such pressure that caring elements were neglected.
What could be improved
Infection control, communication and listening skills!
Anything else?
Waiting to hear about my comments from the customer care department
