What I liked

I did not get as far as attending a hospital the site took round in circles. I will go back to telephoning which I did on the day my GP referred me and was told an appointment could be made within the requiured period of 12 weeks and that I would receive a letter of appointment. What is the point of spending a fortune on a new hospital and IT systems that give a service that is worse than the old ones.

Work is ongoing to update the Trust website in the light of very recent service moves into the new hospitals at Wakefield and Pontefract. We are sorry that Mr Garrod had problems with the site and would be happy to look into any specific issues if he would contact us directly.
