What I liked
I am commeting on behalf of my Mum & my family. My aunt was an in patient on Ward 11 Alexandrs Wing and she could not have received any better care than she did. Every member of staff on the ward treated her with dignity & respect & the care was fantastic. As her health deteriorated the family received excellent support to ease our pain during her final hours.
In these times of negative publicity I feel acknowledgement should be given to those who provide such a wonderful service.
