What I liked

The staff gave 100% care and professionalism without losing their humanity and a wonderful sense of humour. At all times the ward staff were courteous and calm to my wife who was extremely anxious and quite agitated at times! It was very important for my wife to be with me during discussions with doctors and other professionals (from ward staff to consultants) and everyone made this possible for us.

What could be improved

Could be a few more footstools available for us knee replacements to use in the day room.
