"Really excellent experience on saturday 10 feb..."

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

I arrived at Urology outpatients clinic in agony and very agitated and was treated by reception and clinical nurses who met this unreasonable and angry man(me) with politeness and empathy.I was extremely short tempered and all staff coped surprisingly well with my mood caused by the pain I was in

Thankyou for putting up with me!!!!

Saw a wonderful consultant who explained and took time to find out and treat my 3 month long UTI

Tests were arranged and blood and urine samples were taken and actioned promptly

When things go wrong and you are in pain the Urology department at QE is fabulous

I totally would recommend all men with painful UTI to ask for a referral to this hospital for its world class treatment and facilities
