"Booking office shambles"

This is a follow up to my previous review. After a very weak response as an answer on here regarding the booking office taking me off the waiting list I decided to

A) ring the booking office - answer nothing to do with us we will leave a memo with my consultants secretary - no response from either office, no promised call back.

B) Called PAL lovely lady she investigated called back apparently it as a miscommunication between departments a letter had been sent to my doctor, she had o ok the continuation of my treatment but if I went soon I would be put back to the top (waited months already) cancelling an op I understand but taking people off the waiting list for no reason!

C) went back to my doctors the next day, why on earth have they done that she asked no idea I replied she said that she would call and write to them and that I should hear back soon

Still waiting! Going private seems my only option but I believe in the NHS , the staff on the ground brilliant but good forbid when the pen pushers get involved it all goes to pot it would seem!
