What I liked
my wife has had a long running ear problem and she visited this bmi hospital as a nhs patient together with myself.
the consultant she saw was outstanding all round.
the staff arranged transport for us and we received outstanding service.
it was a most pleasurable experience from a excellent hospital.
What could be improved
nothing
