About: Princess Royal University Hospital / Maternity

I tryed to know how are my Blood and urine results looks like. I called to Backenham Hospital after over one month since had a visit with Midwife, to See how are my results. My login and password doesnt work to chceck this online. Was calling to Beckenham, to know how to have an access online, person at the reception couldnt help me, She even didnt know where are my results. Told me to call Princess Royal Hospital. There I was calling 8 Times!!! Operators couldnt help, sometimes they hang up or tryed to put my call to somebody else where nobody answear. Its ridiculous! 25 week pregnant woman cant even now if her baby its healthy and Save. Nobody help me, nobody give me any informations. Completly unprofessional!!!

I am so sorry to hear about the difficulties that you have had in obtaining your test results.

The system certainly doesn't seem to have worked as it should.

If you are still having problems, can I suggest that you contact our PALS service at the PRUH who should be able to help you.
