What I liked

From the time I entered and spoke to the receptionist untill the time I was discharged I was treated with an approach to nursing and medical care I have never experienced at any time in NHS system the staff were very understanding of what was a very embarrasing procedure and made me feel completely relaxed, were very polite and nothing was to much trouble also there efficiency was second to none. I notice the next stage asks what could be improved I will answer here nothing. I would have no hesitation reccomending the centre to anyone. C.Fenoulhet
