About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Urology (Bladder and Urinary problems)

(as the patient),

I am just home from my stay at ARI, Ward 209 and I simply cannot praise the whole service high enough.

During my stay I had the most excellent attention from all staff I encountered, from my consultant to the fella wheeling my bed to theatre, every single nurse to the ladies bring my cuppy tea. Each and every person playing their part in my care and all with such high levels of professionalism but still compassionate and caring.

It’s ever such a busy place and I’m sure they’d another 20 jobs to do buzzing around their heads but I never once felt they didn’t have the time for any patient.

I hope you all appreciate how very well you do your jobs and what a difference you make to the patients you encounter. Ward 209, you have my thanks to you all, keep doing such great work and please know how much you are appreciated for it. 😘 xXx

Your story is a great example of how the whole team works together to make a difference for patients and reminds us that all of the jobs within the NHS are important.
