Referred with acute pain but had to go through 3 appointments before being told there is nothing they can do to help my pain. First visit involved being assessed by somebody who seemed to not know what they were doing, and follow ups were not much better. Is this so Care UK can bill the NHS for 3 appointments rather than 1? Amazing how a private appointment that

I then paid for involved a proper investigation of my joint, and exercise plan. Oh can the receptionist actually acknowledge you when you speak to her as well, rather than point at a bunch of tatty signs on the wall.
