About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

What I liked

I like the very short waiting time in A+E, it was about 5 mins before i was seen, and less than 2 before i was put onto a ward next to someone of roughly the same age. this was very good as i am only 17 and was placed on the adult ward. I was particularly impressed with the volunteers that attended, who were always very helpful and cheery.

Anything else?

Overall i would say that the experiance was very good, they took very good care of me and the doctors did not stop untill they knew what was wrong with me, they did every sort of test i could think of was done on me.

Thank you very much for your positive comments following your visit to the Emergency Department.

Patients attending the Accident and Emergency Department are often very poorly and may feel anxious.

I am pleased that the clinical staff and volunteers put you at ease during your visit and will ensure that your feedback is passed on to the department.
