About: Royal Liverpool University Dental Hospital

What I liked

If am honest I didnt have the money at the time to be forkin out on dental bills and somebody recommended the royal dental hospital because they do it for free, so i was expecting the worst! instead tho everything was miles better than any dentist i have been to before! usually i have 2 wait awkwardly in a small quiet waitin room being seen to by nurses who dont ever seem very sympathetic! then usually i then see the actual dentist after waiting ages and he just mubbles on, does his job and sends me on my way! the royal was the complete oposite! i was told i had to come back at half 1 which is understandable with all the people they have to see! i came back an spoke 2 the receptionist who was really nice an seemed like she actually did want to help me! i then didnt have to wait long before i was called through and looked at, then sent for an xray! i felt the system they had in place to keep things movin so they could see people faster was very effective! everytime i was sent to see a different member of staff they were very polite, always seemed to have a smile on thier faces and always up for a laugh which really makes a difference when your in pain with your tooth! help me relax an take my mind away from the pain! they talked me through my xray an explained what the problem was an y it had happened which was great and something i am not used to! the next thing i new i had my injection in my mouth which i was talked through step by step, the tooth was gently removed and b4 i new it i was finished and on my way! i didnt have any pain during the procedure and have had nothing since! i would recommend The royal dental hospital to everyone! its miles better than any privite dentist av ever been to! for anyone with a fear for the dentist its a place they should visit because the calming effect all the staff have!

What could be improved

nothing at all! the only improvement needed is the bad grammour on my behalf in what i have wrote! years of txting have set me back! haha

Anything else?

If the tooth fairy really existed i would definitly be visiting The Royal Dental Hospital to cash in!
