What I liked

Having had an ongoing ear infection for a month, I was booked an appointment with the ENT clinic, only to have it cancelled due to overbooking. However, I was not notified, due to claims of having the wrong details. This is despite the fact that my GP, who referred me to the Hospital, has the right details.

Needless to say, now having to wait another month for an appointment, my experience thus far has not been pleasurable.

What could be improved
