What I liked

I liked the professional attitude of the staff, who amazingly continued to be most tolerant and willing to assist, inspite of the ever present pressures thrust on them.

The Consultant's back up team were marvellous. I am most appreciative of the way I was treated inide and outside the surgery over a period and wish to express my sincerest thanks to all staff who were collectively responsible for effecting a successful outcome to my invasive operation.
