The last time I saw the doctor he made me feel like i was wasting his time eventhough a previous appointment with a different doctor said I would need to come back to discuss coming off a particular medication. The reception staff are very rude and do not want to help you, they speak to you like you are an inconvenience and try to make things as difficult as possible. After a call to this surgery it makes you feel upset and stressed even just for asking to make an appointment. I have been going to this surgery all of my life but will be changing now.
